Verifone PCI 3 Guidance and Discontinuance Notification

Verifone have issued an end of life notification for their PCI 3 range of payment devices. This is in compliance with the PCI Security Standards Council.

The date the PCI 3 range of payment devices will expire is 30 April 2020


What does this mean? 

Expired PCI 3 devices will not be eligible for feature updates and deployments from the 30 April 2020. 


The devices will continue to work and recieve security updates until April 2023.
