We have recently completed the installation of our fantastic Kitchen Management Solution at Stirling University Students’ Union.
They now benefit from a slick food ordering fulfilment process.
Orders are placed via the tills at the bar and in real-time the food requirements are sent to the two monitors in the kitchen.
The till ordering system captures all the customers’ requirements at point of sale; condiments, allergens, changes, additions etc. This reduces the number of times the team have to visit tables, freeing them up to provide a quicker service to other customers. All making for a better customer experience.
The office team can also pull a whole host of reports from the system to help them maximise their operation and their profits.
The kitchen monitors are yet to be wall mounted, as the chefs decide where the optimal positions are for them as they get used to the new system.
