Our team is equipped with the tools and technology to work remotely, therefore in accordance with the latest guidance, they are all now based at home. This will not affect our service levels; we are available to take calls, assist with problems and to deal with issues.
For business-critical issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we will still provide on-site assistance for clients with a live SLA/maintenance agreement.
Any of our engineers and support team making a site visit will follow all the recommended guidelines for hand washing, as well as any site specific processes you have in place.
