This can range from software telephone support through to full on site same day support including both hardware & software. Because ALL of Fidelity’s software is written in house most software related issues are dealt with immediately.
All our clients have a support number to call to deal with both software and hardware problems. This stops the age old problem of the hardware supplier blaming the software and the software supplier saying it’s a hardware problem.
Fidelity have two fully equipped service centres in Hull & Northampton with an extremely experienced team of dedicated engineers.
We can offer maintenance and support on EPoS systems not supplied by ourselves so if you are experiencing problems and your current supplier is unable to help then don’t hesitate to contact us.
