Customers make their purchases using pole mounted touch screens operating the GPoS software which is hosted on concealed Poseo base units. Customers are guided through their transaction by tailored GPoS screens, they scan the products barcodes and then make payment using chip & pin terminals.
The staffed retail check outs consist of retail blades with pole mounted touch screen monitors, scanners, printers and chip & pin terminals which create a clear, tidy retail counter to enable efficient, quick customer service. The hospitality venues also use touch screen terminals linked to kitchen printers for efficient food order processing.
Overall speed of service at all EPoS is delivered through Fidelity's GPoS software which is appropriately configured to provide a quick, easy to use consistent operating system for each outlet. For efficient management of all outlets, their touch screens are all linked into Fidelity's Total Control back office software which enables the efficient completion of everyday tasks and a clear view of all KPI's from top line global level down to individual terminal detail.
